I remember listening to my grandmother and having her talk about how the world had change over her lifetime. I was ten and thought that I would never see as many changes. I soon realized that, in my life, I have seen many more changes come into the world. Not long ago, I read Reaching People Under 40 While Keeping People Over 60: Being Church for All Generations (TCP Leadership Series) by Edward H. Hammett and James R. Pierce. This book and others tell us that the Church that has been is not the Church that will be. The question is: How to live with both without alienating either. At Pinebluff, we will explore that question. Join us, teach us, and together we can become a new church for the transformation of the world (even tell us when we get overbearing).
